Orders

When you place an order we email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched.

If we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error), we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Products

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Please read the product description, including any safety notes, before use.

Your rights

Our refund and shipping policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the item, except where the law does not allow us to limit it (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
