Shipping policy

UK delivery

Delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses.

We dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Most items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so delivery usually takes 7-12 working days from when you order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, and BFPO addresses may take a few days longer. We don't currently ship outside the UK.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 working days, email yardnook@gmail.com and we'll chase it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and send us a photo.
